We proudly announce the promotion of Jeff Carpenter to Director of Business Development effective July 1, 2019. Jeff has been with Job One since January of 2016. In his most recent position as a Senior Employment Specialist with Job One Careers, he played a critical role in growing the program to new levels. In this newly created position,Jeff will be responsible for building business relationships for Job One’s varied social enterprises, including Packaging & Assembly, Shred One KC, Careers, Staffing & Recuiting and Recycling. He will serve on the Job One Leadership Team and will work closely with the Job One Board of Directors and Business Development Social Enterprise Team, reporting directly to the President and CEO.
Jeff is a graduate of Graceland University with a degree in education. He is well known and respected for his involvement in the communities Job One serves, including membership with the Blue Springs Rotary Club and leadership on multiple committees for the Blue Springs Chamber. In 2018, Jeff was recognized as “Connector of the Year” by the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce. He is also a graduate of the Independence Chamber of Commerce L.E.A.D. program and member of their Young Professionals group.
