Restructure at Job One Aligns Programs & Remains Mission Focused

Two females in Executive Positions at Job One

Job One today announced a strategic restructuring as they work to create a sustainable, durable business model that supports their mission of building and creating employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. The restructuring includes the creation of two new roles at Job One, a simplification of reporting and shift of management.

Anne Hochstein has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Job One. This new position was created to align Hochstein’s talents for strategic management, outcomes achievement, and revenue growth with the critical and rapidly changing strategic goals of the organization.  This change will mean that direct leadership and management to all Job One Pillars (Careers, Shred One, Packaging and Assembly, Community Employment, and Ability One, as well as future day services) will be provided by Hochstein.

Delores Buffa will fill a new role with Job One, Vice President of Compliance. Utilizing her considerable business expertise and knowledge or programs and services for people with disabilities to ensure that Job One exceed the compliance requirements of government funders, foundation partners, and regulators such as Department of Labor and OSHA. Buffa will now take the lead on organization safety, budget compliance, and purchasing.

CEO, Aaron Martin said of the new positions, “I’m really excited about these changes and I’m looking forward to what I know Anne and Delores will accomplish in their new roles.”

The overall restructuring is expected to align all of Job One’s programs strategically, driving efficiency and effectiveness to maintain mission focus.
