With all the changes and unknown in the world today, our mental health is being stretched and tested. The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) provides amazing online resources if you need support.

Take Charge of Your Mental Health

  • Surround yourself with family & friends
  • Talk to a counselor, social worker, nurse, or trusted adult
  • Continue doing what you love: reading, sports, writing, nature walks, creating art
  • Remember, you have control over living well
  • Find a routine that works for you that includes a healthy diet, exercise, and regular sleep patterns
  • Be realistic and mindful of your needs and know your limits
  • Try staying away from drugs and alcohol
  • Stay positive. Surround yourself with positive messages, people, and activities
