For individuals experiencing developmental disabilities and seeking highly personalized integrated day options, Job One Careers Community-Based Day Services (CBDS) offer a solution unlike any other in the region. This service is designed to fill a gap in the continuum of employment and provide better access to community integration and, ultimately, improved job opportunities.
CBDS serves individuals who may need more one-on-one guidance with meaningful and purposeful activities and skills training based on their individual preferences as identified in a person-centered plan.
