POSITION SUMMARY 

The AbilityOne Lead assists the Project Manager at an AbilityOne account. The A1 Lead is working employee and is also responsible for assisting with leading workforce positively and assisting Project Manager with training and coaching for each employee to work to the best of their ability.  In the absence of the Project Manager, the Lead will act as a liaison between building management, COR, Job One team and Job One management. This position is M-F 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and pays $19.00/hour. This position includes paid major medical healthcare benefit.

 

EDUCATION 

High school graduate. 

  

EXPERIENCE 

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in designed field of work.  

1 year supervisory experience.  

Proven ability and/or willingness to work well with diverse constituencies, respect the rights and dignity of people with disabilities and willingness to advocate on their behalf. 

Floor Technician experience (Stripping, Waxing, etc)

 

COMPUTER SKILLS 

Must be adept in the use of Microsoft 2007 or later particularly Work and Excel 

 

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES 

First Aid & CPR Certified a plus

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS 

Strong, positive attitude and work ethic desired.  

Must pass background check and pre-employment screening by JobOne and government entities, including drug test.      

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

Work as part of the team completing daily duties as assigned. 

Treat coworkers, building associates and others with respect. 

Assist the Project Manager in implementing the specific Scope of Work on a daily basis.  

Ensures all required paperwork is turned in on a timely basis.    

Provide quality training, guidance and leadership to coworkers as requested by Project Manager. 

Promotes and upholds company ethics.  

Ensures employees understand their responsibilities and perform them efficiently.  

Contact the designated ESC, Project Manager and Director of Contracts with any employee concerns in a timely manner.  

Preform all job duties meeting contract requirements and quality plan.
